Venue-specific tolls, parking, loading, and other required access costs may be adjusted when the actual venue charge is higher. Outdoor service requires a safe, covered performance area and reliable power; weather and venue conditions are reviewed before the event.

Your date is not reserved until the service agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. Final package details are confirmed in writing before the event.

Check Your Date

Plans can change

One reschedule, with a clear process.

One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. A replacement date must occur within 12 months of the original event date and is subject to current pricing and availability.

Any second reschedule request is treated as a cancellation. Requests made 14 days or fewer before the event are also handled under the cancellation policy.
